Thing’s to know

- Plan usually “start” when the eSIM connects to the supported network (i.e. you can add the eSIM into your phone in Australia without “starting” the plan)
- Note: you must not turn on data roaming and please turn off the eSIM line after installation, we will not be responsible if the plan started accidentally
- If you add the eSIM in Australia your phone may say “activation failed” or “could not activate” this is normal, the eSIM will activate when you reach the USA.
- eSIM must connect to a supported network and be used within 90 days of purchase to avoid expiration
- SMS notification will be sent for data usage
- Please make your purchase carefully as no refunds will be provided once the eSIM is sent
Troubleshooting Guide
- You must be connected to Wi-Fi when scanning the eSIM
- Turn off any other SIM and any VPN (if applicable), your phone also must also not be on airplane mode
- Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
- Ensure mobile data is sourced from our SIM and wait at least 10 minutes for activation – refrain from changing any mobile settings
- APN should be “plus” (if it is not automatic)
- Network operator should be automatically selected but if it isn’t please select manually to T-Mobile.
- Restart your phone (off / on) or turn airplane mode on / off
eSIM QR code along with the instruction will be sent via email instantly (please check your junk/spam email). Please note if you purchase a physical SIM in the same order, the eSIM will need to be sent manually (i.e. NOT instant), we recommend buying the eSIM separately.
